When do I use it ? Ice Athletic can be used anytime day or night. I find that by rubbing ICE Athletic on a problem area and taking a warm bath or shower gives me relief plus. It literally feels as if I am being sprayed with a light mist of snow once I step out of the bath or shower. This effect lasts for hours. One small application prior to bed and I am set for the night sleeping with relaxation and comfort.
